Delete your account and data

You can delete your Calligra account yourself at any time. All related data is removed in the process.

How it works

In the app

In the Calligra app, open the “Account” section and choose “Delete account”. This also deletes the app’s data on your phone.

On calligra.de (without the app)

1. Sign in to the account area with your Calligra account.
2. At the bottom of the page choose “Delete account” and confirm by typing the word shown.
3. If you signed in with Apple, you may be asked to confirm the deletion once more with Apple. This also removes the connection to your Apple ID.

What is deleted

• your account with email address and sign-in data
• all your decks and cards including your study progress

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Data you transferred to a Calligra device is also stored on the device and cannot be deleted remotely.

No longer have access to your account?

Write to us from the email address you used for the account at management@calligra.de. We will delete the account as soon as possible, at the latest within one month.
